Chill-ax-ing! It's what I do Best!

My mom got home finally late Wednesday night and man was she tired! She was so sleepy she ended up sleeping at Nana and Papa’s house with me and Aunt Kassy!

Then we went home and mom and I hung out at home and watched some movies and slept.  We basically just kicked back for the whole weekend.  It was pure bliss I tell you!  I guess all of that fun in the sun in Hawaii and then working in the cold north can take its toll on a woman.  

 

I am so glad she is home though; first thing Thursday I got a bath.  Not my favorite thing to do, it’s cold and all of the awesome smells I gathered in my fur at the farm just get washed down the drain… bummer!  Mom says I smell better but whatev….

The best part of getting a bath? Cuddle time with the blanket and I get control of the remote!

 

We took a few naps together on the couch and then a dog had the audacity to walk past our house.  I quickly made sure they kept their distance and stayed off MY turf.

Back to the sofa for some more chillin’ with my mom…

Then mom decided to make some tutus which she made me model.  I love to have my picture taken but come on!  I AM A DOG! She puts me in pink and purple?? It seemed to make her happy so I put up with it for a bit.

Finally she got up the energy to unpack – it was exhausting work I tell you!  I crashed out on the bed.  She makes me tired just watching her sometimes.

 I'm just glad my mom is home!  I love her sooooo much!

Countdown!!

Ohh yes I’m on the countdown! My mom will be home in 24 hours!

Today has been pretty slow since I’ve been watching the clock all day.

Where the heck is that time thingy on here??

Oh there it is! And umm yes I’m on the counter, sshhh don’t tell my Nana!!

So if anyone needs me I’ll be right here watchi... Oh what the heck Spanky!?!

I turn my back for 5 minutes and he steals my favorite toy. Good thing I’m firing all on cylinders today! He knows nothing gets past me. Especially when it comes to my toys, food, and treats. (Well okay to be fair that's really the only time I notice anything) I don’t mind sharing, but Dude! Ask first… sheesh

IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!

Yep, That's right. It's my birthday!! I'm two years old today.
I'm not having a party till Friday though. Today I'm just going to lay in the window bench and soak up some sun with Missy and Spanky.
Don't worry I'll share pictures with you after my party on Friday.

My mom makes a mean Birthday cake. Last years birthday was a blast!

 

We had cupcakes last year. If you can't tell by these pictures, It was lip lickin good!

 

Spanky and Missy had a great time too! Well okay mostly Spanky...

 

Missy was being a bit of a snob like normal.. However that didn't stop us boys from having a blast!!

Oh man now I’m all excited for my party on Friday!!

Wishes

Yes I realize I missed TGIWDF but I've just been really busy with thoughts in my head lately. Wishes you could say. I figured maybe if I get them out in the open I can clear my head a bit. Here goes.

I wish I had more Frenchie friends

I wish my Aunt Leanne was home 
I wish I had thumbs
I wish summer was here already

I wish Bandit would stop picking fights with me

Oh hell there I go again with songs in my head... Well at least the Rocky theme song is gone.

So there's a few of my random thoughts. Let those marinate. I'm exhausted now. Nap time.

Shout Out to My Ladies!

Alright so we are all aware that I’m a pretty big deal. Case in point: My hoard of ladies.

I assumed any haters reading this blog will want some proof, so here it is.

WARNING: Drooling may occur.. My ladies are HAWT!

One of my main ladies is my Aunty Kassy.

 

We’re tight. Like BFF tight.

She loves me unconditionally (except for that one time I pooped in her room, sometimes girls don’t understand us men. ppff last time I show her my gratitude.)  

We spend a lot of time together. When my mom is away at work Aunt Kassy lets me sleep with her. Her bed rocks! It’s warm, comfy and most of all she doesn’t seem to mind my excessive snoring. I’ve overheard my mom tell her that she wouldn’t wake up if a train hit the house (I hope I would? If a train does hit, it better not ruin ANY of my toys or disturb my food bowl, yes I’m quite protective over my possessions) Back to bragging about my ladies…

Along with letting me snuggle her we also do a lot of good ole fashion hanging out, and by hanging out I mean jamming out in her car!! She calls it her baby, but I’m sure she likes me more. Maybe? Anyways, her car is bitchin! I must say we look smoking hot in the Mustang. Stop light + Us = People staring. BIG TIME.

I do get a bit frustrated with being vertically challenged in her car though.. As you can see I have a little bit of a hard time seeing over the dash.. Oh well I can still Jam out.

 

My other main lady is my Aunty Leanne.

I LOVE spending time with her. We do a lot of bonding. We go walking, roadtrips, watch movies, nap etc.

I just celebrated her B-day with her this last week and let me tell you, we had a GREAT time! Dinner, movies, road trip to Seward, and a long walk on the beach. No worries I obviously know how to show the ladies a good time. (feel free to take notes guy)

 

Oh and did I tell you she gives me the most delicious treats?  

Then there is Sheena.

She’s a hair stylist so her hair always smells so delicious! She’s also the mom of my favorite littles, so that’s obviously another reason why she’s so great.

She also massages my back. I crash out every time! 

 

My Aunt Netty lives in New Mexico so I don’t get to see her as much as I would like.

My mom keeps me updated by checking out the pictures she posts on Facebook.

Aunt Kassy was just down there a short while ago.. It’s kind of a touchy subject since she didn’t bring me with her..

My aunts are Baaaad! Seriously dudes don’t mess with them. They have guns and they will use them. 

 

Mandy and Aly.. Nothing to say here except one word. I adore them. Okay that was three.. close enough. 

 

I get to hang out with them a lot! They live in Anchorage so me and my mom go up there quite often. We have sooooo much fun! Mandy always keeps a ton of toys around for me to play with. I’m sure other people think she has them for her dogs, but I know the truth. All for me.

Aly is such a hotty! She always has the cutest clothes on too!! Very stylish.

Her and her Brother Mac are a blast to play with! I like to call it puppy bowling..

We love spending time outside together! We’re quite the trio

 

Then there is my biggest fan.. Carrie

She is beautiful and I love her.

She’s hot huh? She’s lives too far away though..

She lives in Arizona. I’ve never been there but I hear it’s hot!! So I suppose it makes sense that a hot lady lives in a hot place.

I’m keeping my paws crossed that she comes up this summer!! If she does I’m going to lick her face off! Not in a creepy silence of the lambs sort of way either..

So as you can see I’m a pretty lucky dude. These are only a small handful of my girls! Seriously I’m like the Brad Pitt of dogs.. Ladies just flock to me. I don’t question the mojo, I just go with it.

A couple of things...

First of all, my apologies for my absence in cyber-space; it is no fault of my own.  My people, my mom Shana and my Aunt Leanne set this blog up so that I could have a voice then a few months into it what happens?? They desert me!  My mom is in HAWAII! Yeah, that’s right, the 50^th state, and the place with awesome smells, sunshine and beaches.  Where am I? Oh I’m at Nana and Papa’s house hanging with my gang minus my mom.  Sad face.

I would totally fit in in Hawaii.  I love the sun; when it shines here it is the best place for naps and just hanging out.

Not that I don’t love my Nana and Papa’s house, I totally do! Best of all I get to sleep and hang out with my Aunt Kassie.  I love her.  She shares her bed with me and we snuggle.

I’m hoping my Aunt Leanne will come and get me for the weekend so we can hang together and I can get some treats.  I know right where she keeps them.

Needless to say I’ve been a bit restive since I’ve known my mom is off surfing, tanning and hanging out in the sunshine and warm weather without me.  And then I saw this… see they do allow dogs in Hawaii!
